history of a neighborhood: Trun

Hello, I try to tell the story of a neighborhood. It is a real legacy, however, I set some rules:
- do not use tricks or cheats (apart from the aging off for pregnancies);
- start with a new district, created especially for the occasion , in which all buildings, both residential and community, will be created by me;
- just create the sim to start with.
- trying to make a fairly realistic story, respecting dedideri and aspirations of the sim.
